We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Currently we only deliver pan India.

Due to the high value of our products, all our shipments are insured and our logistics partner will contact you on the date of delivery to ensure that the product is delivered safely.

We make our best efforts to deliver your order within the stipulated timelines. In certain cases, we may take longer to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure gemstones etc.

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days. In certain cases, a slight delay might be caused due to any Covid restrictions, government interventions or natural causes. You may contact us before ordering your product to get more accurate information on delivery timelines or for urgent orders, if required.

Once your order has been shipped from our office, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped.
