Returns and Exchange

Before you return an 18 CARAT HOUSE product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen in India, who have been working with us for years and are the very backbone of our brand. Hence each product is unique and slightly different from each other. We do not mass produce. Each piece is made with a lot of thought, love and care. Our products are crafted with natural gemstones and therefore may vary slightly. As no two gemstones are identical. We think of it as each piece being unique as it can never be replicated like it’s machine made. We celebrate these slight variations as a signature of the artisan. We also make our best efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, minor differences might occur in the accuracy of color, texture or detail due to the varying screen display capabilities of your devices too.

All our products go through quality control before shipping.

We are happy to answer any and as many questions related to 18 CARAT HOUSE products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds. We are available on email, whatsapp chat or on call at all times before you make your purchase.

Returns will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received. Unworn and as packed. Our jewelry is carefully packed in a bubble wrap to secure the gemstones. It is then placed in a zip lock along with the soft lined pouch, which goes into a 18 CARAT HOUSE box, with the certificate of authenticity, note card and a gold polishing cloth. Failure to do so will have direct implications on the acceptance of the return.

All return shipments must be assigned by 18 CARAT HOUSE. We will not be responsible for any returns that have not been assigned by us. Please contact us for returns and we will have the parcel collected.

All Special Orders and custom pieces are FINAL SALE since they are made specifically for you. Hence products with sizing issues will not be returned or exchanged. Please go through our size guide before you place your order or contact us for any further queries.

Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 – 14 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank.

We welcome any repair work needed or general maintenance for the jewelry at all times. However, gemstones are rare and are treasures. Hence replacing or repairing them is always a challenge.
